Order Cancellation Before Shipment

• Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order for a full refund.

• If the cancellation request is made after 24 hours but before shipment, a processing fee may apply.

Order Cancellation After Shipment

• Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. However, you may be eligible for a return or refund as per our Refund Policy.
• If you refuse delivery of the order, a restocking fee and return shipping charges may apply.

Customized or Made-to-Order Products

• Orders for customized or made-to-order mattresses cannot be canceled once they are in production.

Refund for Canceled Orders

• If the order is successfully canceled before shipment, the refund will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.
